After checkout you will provide preferred services dates and times. Depending on availability, a professional will install your Kohler product’s within 1-3 weeks of purchase.

What locations are eligible for this service?

This service is eligible only in Austin, TX, Kansas City, KS and Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. Prior to checkout you will be asked to enter the service zip code which will confirm if the service is available in your area.

What products are eligible for Kohler Installation Service and what is included?

Toilets: Only one and two piece Kohler toilets are eligible for this service. Wall hung and intelligent toilets are not eligible. Your installer will bring all consumables including a wax ring. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct seat for your toilet.

What if my Installation Service reveals a problem with my space?

All flat fee costs assume no issues (such as known leaks or your toilet rocking). If on site issues are present your Kohler Pro will discuss options. Additional fees for service may occur, which can be paid directly to your Kohler Pro.

How can I reschedule or cancel my service after checkout?
